2021 Escape Pass Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions
By submitting your purchase from our online store you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the 2021 Escape Pass.
By using your Escape Pass you are acknowledging that you agree with and will abide by the Terms & Conditions listed below.
There are a set number of Escape Passes only. Once sold out they will not be offered again. Available for purchase during December only.
The Escape Pass is not available with any other offer or specials being offered by Charlotte Pass Snow Resort Pty Ltd.
The Escape Pass cannot be purchased in advance for unknown people. You must supply names for your pass at the time of purchase.
An Adult is 14 yrs and over; a child is 13yrs and under as at 11th June 2021.
Passes must be worn on the upper part of the body, be clearly visible, and must be carried at all times
The Escape Pass is non-transferable to any other person and is non-refundable.
The Escape Pass is valid for the 2021 season at Charlotte Pass Snow Resort.
Accommodation is NOT included in your Escape Pass.
You will receive confirmation of your purchase by 15th January 2021. If you have not received your confirmation by this time please contact Guest Services on 02 6457 1555.
Charlotte Pass Snow Resort reserves the right to change the terms & conditions applying to the Escape Pass at any time. The current version of the terms & conditions will always be displayed at charlottepass.com.au.
The Escape Pass must be paid in full at time of purchase. Phone bookings will not be accepted for the Escape Pass.
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Direct Deposit
Charlotte Pass Snow Resort Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for costs, loss of payments made or other fees incurred due to cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical conditions or changes to travel plans. No passes will be refunded or transferred to the following year.
Misuse of the Escape Pass
You are responsible for immediately reporting to Charlotte Pass Guest Services if your Escape Pass is lost, stolen or damaged.
In the event someone other than you uses your Escape Pass you agree to immediately pay Charlotte Pass Snow Resort a penalty of $499 (whether you are aware of the misuse or not).
You acknowledge and accept that you are liable for any misuse that occurs while your Escape Pass is not in your possession unless you have already reported your Escape Pass lost/stolen prior to the misuse occurring.
You acknowledge and accept that you may lose your Escape Pass privileges and your actions may invoke Police action if another person is found to be using your Escape Pass.
Refunds will not be given on “no shows”, or any components of your Escape Pass (Lift Passes or Transport) that are not utilised.
Any Pass lost or misplaced will not be refunded or replaced.
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance and regard it as essential to potentially protect you against injury, loss of personal belongings, public liability and cancellation fees.
Under no circumstance can Charlotte Pass Snow Resort Pty Ltd be held responsible for snow or weather conditions. No Escape Pass will be recompensed due to snow conditions.
Unlimited return transport into Charlotte Pass is included in your Escape Pass.
Transport MUST be pre-booked by calling 02 6417 3070.
We recommend you book your Oversnow as early as possible to avoid disappointment (as we cannot guarantee Oversnow availability).
Transport times can be changed, subject to availability and payment of a $5 per person per sector fee.
Each Oversnow Transport ticket entitles the passenger to the following baggage allowance:
1 kit consisting of:
• One piece of baggage
• One pair of skis and stocks
• One pair of ski boots
• One piece of baggage
• One snowboard
• One pair of snowboard boots
Bags weighing more than 20kg will be charged a $5 per kilo excess weight fee. Additional bags will be charged at $20 per piece of baggage. No single piece can exceed 30kg. We do not guarantee that excess luggage will be carried on the same Oversnow Transport as you.
